"60 AMPS PWM HHO SPECIFIC"

DESCRIPTION:

THIS IS THE FIRST EFFECTIVE PWM DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR USE WITH HHO CELLS IN VEHICLES. A high Quality Intelligent PIC Digital Signal Processor / Micro-controller, 5 x 125Amp rated High Power MOSFETS and a 100Amp+ rated Hall Effect sensor to accurately measure current are the focal point of the design.

UNTIL NOW ALL PWM USED BY HHO ENTHUSIASTS WERE DESIGNED FOR CONTROLLING THERMAL RUNAWAY OR SPEED OF ELECTRIC MOTORS, NOT HHO CELLS. As a result, although you are able to control a HHO Cell with a PWM designed for electric motors there are inherent problems because of their design. With PWM's designed for electric motors there is no feedback. FEEDBACK IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR USE WITH HHO CELLS BECAUSE THE LOAD IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING. There must be a specific program on the PWM to react to the huge changes in load.

ONLY A "HHO SPECIFIC PWM" HAS THE PROGRAMMING AND HARDWARE NEEDED TO DO THIS.

With a HHO Cell it is desirable to control the current / amps drawn by the HHO cell. Until now this was done at the expense and sacrifice of the Voltage dropping. Overall Cell efficiency is compromised severely.

"VOLTAGE DROPPING" LEADS TO A DECREASE IN ELECTROLYSIS, SOMETIMES TO THE POINT THAT ELECTROLYSIS STOPS ALTOGETHER. NO ELECTROLYSIS MEANS... NO ECONOMY!

It was seen by us as a serious problem that needed to be addressed so our electrical engineer created THE FIRST FULLY AUTOMATIC HHO SPECIFIC PWM WITH A LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY INSIDE THE CABIN OF THE VEHICLE ON THE MARKET, AND IT IS LOADED WITH MANY OTHER FEATURES. It is very simple in its use and very easy in its installation.

FOR THE FIRST TIME, HHO USERS WILL HAVE TOTAL CONTROL OF THEIR HHO CELL.

FEATURES:

  • PWM (Pulse Width Modulator) TO CONTROL UP TO 60AMPS for a HHO Cell. You can set the desired amperage of HHO cell and THE PWM WILL NOT LET THE AMPERAGE DRAW EXCEED THIS LEVEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You should however use electrolyte concentration that provides the amperage as close to the Amps you will select whilst your HHO Cell is cold.

YOUR CELL WILL NEVER GO INTO THERMAL RUNAWAY, EVER!!!

  • AUTO ON/OFF CURRENT SENSING. YOU WILL NEVER NEED RELAYS AGAIN, nor will you have trouble finding a power source to switch on your HHO cell. EASY CONNECT WITH 1 WIRE FROM YOUR BATTERY AND 1 WIRE TO YOUR HHO CELL. The intelligent PIC chip will sense when your car has been started and only then will it let the electrolysis process begin. It will sense when your car has been shut down and then stop electrolysis and shut down your HHO system (Use jumper pins 2-3). This is however recommended for short term or test purposes only and should be connected to the ignition of your car instead for regular every day usage (Use jumper pins 1-2). CHECK THE INSTALLATION PAGE FOR MORE DETAILS
  • IMEDIATELY LOWERS THE AMOUNT OF CURRENT DRAWN from your battery when the alternator is under an electrical strain and cannot cope (usually when idling). This is a very important feature as IT WILL SAVE YOUR ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY FROM BEING DAMAGED AND IT WILL ALSO SAVE YOU FROM ANY OTHER COSTLY REPAIRS that are usually associated with HHO systems which are left to run out of control.
  • PWM CONTROL FOR A CIRCULATING PUMP. Pumps which draw up to 12 volts and up to 1.5 Amps should be used (more amps can be used if the Power Mosfet is cooled adequately). The purpose of this is to have a small pump (about 6 L/min output) to circulate electrolyte from the tank to the HHO Cell, thus you can install your HHO Cell in places that you could not install before. THIS IS ESPECIALLY USEFUL IN MODERN VEHICLES WITH SPACE RESTRICTIONS IN THE ENGINE BAY. Without a pump there must be a height difference between your electrolyte tank and your HHO Cell of about 30cm. with a pump this is not necessary. IT WILL KEEP YOUR HHO CELL CONSTANTLY FLOODED WITH ELECTROLYTE KEEPING IT COOLER AND ACTUALLY PRODUCING MORE HHO GAS, as the liquid to plate surface area ratio is greater.
  • PWM CONTROL FOR AN AUTO REFILL PUMP of the type that are used in windshield washer tanks. Pumps which draw up to 12 volts and up to 1.5 Amps should be used (more amps can be used if the Power Mosfet is cooled adequately). The purpose of this is to have a secondary tank with pump to automatically refill the electrolyte tank as the distilled water in it, is consumed. As a result your electrolyte concentration will remain steady and YOU WILL NOT RUN OUT OF ELECTROLYTE AND BURN OUT YOUR HHO CELL.
  • LIQIUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY (LCD) INSIDE THE CAR. IT GIVES THE DRIVER AT A GLANCE A VISUAL REPRESENTATION of the volts, amps, electrolyte levels of your car and HHO system. Using the buttons on the LCD display YOU CAN SET THE AMPERAGE LIMIT OF YOUR HHO CELL (6A - 60A). You can see whether the pumps are working if you have any installed (optional). You can manually shut down your HHO system for any reason, whenever you need to, using the ON/OFF button on the display.

Available in 3 colors (Off White, Silver and Black)

Simple 2 wire connection needed (to the PWM)

  • AUTOMATICALLY SHUTS DOWN YOUR HHO SYSTEM WHEN ELECTROLYTE IS TOO LOW SO THAT YOU DON'T BURN OUT YOUR HHO CELL. Also shuts down the system when the electrolyte is too high to prevent overflow to your bubbler Tank.

# The Enclosures we use with our PWM PCB, are made of thick aluminum and act as a heat sink to cool the POWER MOSFETS. It also grounds the board automatically to the chassis, but it is a good idea to ground, through the ground connection (2) on the board as well. So far we have not seen the need for a fan to be installed but it can be if needed.

A truly revolutionary product for HHO enthusiasts has made its debut on the world market!
